All orders are shipped within 72 hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The standard delivery option is up to 5 working days delivery for people based in the UK and up to 5-7 days for people outside the UK if standard delivery option is chosen however depending on your shipping options, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Our items are tracked and must be signed for by our customers 

We use Royalmail for standard shipping and DHL fast track for fast track option.

 

Fast track option allows you to receive your items the next working days if you are based in the UK and up to 5 working days for people outside the uk.
